Trading Diary ("the App") is offered by TradingDJ (www.tradingdj.com). This policy explains what data the App handles and how.
All trade data you enter — including dates, prices, notes, photos, and custom fields — is stored locally on your device only. No data is transmitted to any server operated by TradingDJ or any third party.
The App does not collect, transmit, or share:
The App requests the INTERNET permission solely to open external links in your
device's browser (e.g. the "Visit Website" button). No background network requests are made.
On Android 9 and below, the App requests read/write storage permissions to save and restore your backup files and trade photos. On Android 10 and above, scoped storage is used and no broad storage permission is required.
The backup feature exports your trade data to a file on your device or to a cloud location of your choosing (e.g. Google Drive). TradingDJ has no access to these files.

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.
Trading Diary is provided for informational and journaling purposes only. It does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or trading signals. Past performance logged in the App does not guarantee future results.
We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will always be available at www.tradingdj.com/privacy. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
